Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30 day return and refund policy for customers worldwide. If your order is not exactly what you expected, whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, missing, or did not arrive at all, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

For customers located in the United States, this policy applies as a standard consumer return and refund policy and covers online purchases made through our store.

For customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom, this policy also fulfills the requirements of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days, unless the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or lost in transit.

For non faulty returns, such as a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as refunds cannot be issued for items that do not arrive back to us.

If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, or lost in transit due to our error, we will cover any return shipping, if required, and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom made or personalized products
  • Sealed items that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or your issue is reviewed, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued as a full refund to the original payment method. When the return is due to our error, refunds include the item price and any applicable shipping costs.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if an item shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, replacement items may be sent when needed if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, missing, or lost in transit.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same 30 day policy, unless otherwise stated.
